Silicon carbide cyclone liner is widely used in coal, railway, port, power, steel, cement, water conservancy and oil exploration industries.

Silicon carbide material has high hardness, wear resistance, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance.

Its actual service life is more than 7 times of polyurethane material and 5 times of alumina material.

Oustek’s silicon carbide cyclone liner adopts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces cone linings with density up to 3.1kg/m³.

Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉).

Continuous working hour reaches up to 9000 hours.
