Fabric Textile Random Tumble Pilling Tester - China

The Tester consists of individually lit aluminum chambers containing stainless steel impellors continuously rotating the test samples against cork liners for a pre-determined time.

Compressed air is injected into the test chambers to assist the tumbling action.

Available in both 2 and 4 test chamber versions.

Supplied with cork liners (pack of 50), cotton sliver and set of 5 photographic standards.

Random Tumble Pilling Tester is used to determine the pilling and fuzzing characteristics of textile fabrics.

The test specimens with dimensions of 105×105mm are put in the chambers.

The stainless steel impellers rotate within individually lit aluminium chambers constantly tumbling test fabrics against cork liners for a predetermined time controlled by a timer and audible alarm.

Compressed air is also injected into the chamber to assist in the tumbling action.
