Filter material dynamic and static filtration performance tester 1 - Product description The SX-L1053 three-channel filter material efficiency test bench is a high-end product that our factory officially launched on the market in 1995 - It can be used for non-woven filter materials, glass fiber filter materials, filter efficiency and resistance testing of new filter materials.

The products are guided by experts from the National Institute of Cleanliness and related professors of Shanghai Tongji University.

The system is based on the following standards NIOSH, 42CFR84-2005, EN149: 2001, GB19083-2003, GB/T2626-2006, and refer to EN1822, IEST-RP-CC021 - 1 and other relevant principles for design and manufacturing.

2 - Components 1 - The aerosol generator is mainly used for tests that require high-concentration aerosols.

Using 0.3um PSL standard particles, the main particle size range ≥0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, can produce aerosols continuously and stably .

2 - The particle counter is mainly used to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration of the tested filter material and obtain the efficiency of the tested filter material.

3 - The pressure difference sensor is mainly used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain test flow.

4 - Stainless steel clamps are mainly used for the compression and sealing of the tested filter material.

5 - Imported air pump is mainly used for the test flow through the filter material, the flow is stable, green and energy-saving, and low vibration and noise.

6 - Electrical control and software The circuit control and operation of the equipment, the calculation and data processing of the software, the stability judgment of the upstream concentration, the operation control, and the parameter setting.
