The cleaning pulse must be time-accurate and highly repeatable, so that the pressure surface of each pass through the filter material is even and consistent.

The removed powder and remaining dust fall down with the vertical airflow to the dust collector at the bottom of the dirty air pipe.

The instrument is also equipped with a dirty gas filter, so that dust will not redisperse in the upstream of the dirty gas of the tested filter material, resulting in ambiguous dust concentration, making the measurement invalid (especially the important parameter: residual pressure drop value); this design is realized Long-term error-free operation does not require frequent and complete interruption of measurement due to cleaning up dust deposits.
