Rotary rubbing color fastness tester technical parameters The AATCC Rubbing Fastness Tester is the official testing instrument of the American Association of Textile Chemists and printing and dyeing workers.

The rubbing color fastness tester tests the ability of the fabric color to transfer from the surface of the material to other materials under dry and wet rubbing conditions.

In addition to the color transfer test, the instrument can perform abrasion, dry/wet friction, flexibility, chalking, dry cleaning, grinding and other tests.
