Six Dof Degree Of Freedom Swing Test System - China

This system is a kind of six degree of freedom motion simulation platform, which is comprised of six actuator cylinders, six universal hinges respectively in the top and bottom, and two platform (one respectively in the top and bottom).

The bottom platform acts as a fixed base, with the help of six actuator cylinders’ stretching motion, to complete the top platform’s six degrees of freedom (X, Y, Z, α, β, γ) movement in the space, thus a variety of space movement attitudes can be simulated.

It can be widely applied in the field of various training simulators, such as flight simulator, naval vessel simulator, naval helicopter takeoff and landing simulation platform, tank simulator, automotive driving simulator, train driving simulator and earthquake simulator, and dynamic movies, entertainment equipment and other fields, it even can be used for docking of space spacecraft, and refueling docking of aerial tanker.

In processing industry, it can be made into six-axis linkage machine tool, neat robot and others.

Functions and features:

1 - It can realize position and attitude simulation, sinusoidal wave simulation, single DOF (degree of freedom) motion and multi DOF (degree of freedom) composite motion;

2 - It can realize channel spectrum filtering processing, random wave reproduction, channel spectrum, marine wave spectrum, flight spectrum reproduction and other functions.

3 - The third-party control interface (upper computer interface) can be provided to the user through TCP/ IP protocol.

4 - Internal synchronization and external synchronization data output control interfaces are available.
