Slide Fastener Reciprocating Tester - China

The Zipper Testing Machine is professionally designed for determining the zipper in the tension function of transverse and longitudinal that can sustain the specified number of reciprocating pulling operation.

In the test, the machine drives the zipper pull head to perform reciprocating isokinetic movement in a speed of 30 times per minute, up to the specified number.

Zipper Tester catches the head of zipper to do reciprocating movement in a constant speed for 30 times per minute.

Integral counter is set to stop the drive when a pre-selected count has been reached.

Equipped with a sensor so that the machine will stop automatically before the zipper is broke.

Adjustable stoke 40~100mm is offered as request.
