Installation:

Inspect the valve and ensure that the sealing surfaces are clean and free from defects.

Install the valve between properly aligned flanges, with the disc in a slightly open position to avoid damage to the sealing surfaces.

Apply gasket material, if required, between the valve and flanges, ensuring a tight seal.

Secure the flanges using the appropriate bolt and nut combination, tightening bolts in a star pattern for even pressure distribution.
