The machine frame is by C–type plate welding structure.

There are three die-stations.

One of them is marking die-station.

Automatic switching die-stations.

Clamping system can adapt to different workpiece, with zero baffle as datum mark, and workpiece supported by rolling-ball working table.

X & Y axes movements are controlled by servo motor and ball-screw driving.

Double-axis CNC system controls the position of punching to automatically make the whole machine process.

Operator may input the size of workpiece to computer for repeated calling program in the future.

When editing, only need to input angles size, hole diameters, positions, and quantities by using CAD/CAM directly conversion.

The hydraulic station adopts double pump, single motor, water cooling system, sleeve type coupling for all pipelines.

The glue of hose and coupling (EMB) are exported form Germany.
