The complete set manioc flour processing machine is comprised of seven production section.
1 - cleaning and washing section of manioc flour processing machine Loose dirt, sand, and gravel are removed in cleaning and washing section.
2 - peeling section of flour processing machine The peeling machine in manioc peeling section will remove the manioc outer peel and inner peel for producing the high quality manioc flour.
3 - manioc milling section The manioc milling machine will mill the peeled cassava into small particle for processing the manioc flour.
4 - Pressing dewatering section
The hydraulic press will be used to press dewatering for remove the water from manioc mash as much as possible.
5 - flour drying section
The special designed flour dryer will drying the wet manioc flour two times for complete drying the outer and inner of manioc flour.
6 - manioc flour sieving and packing machine The flour after drying will be sieved to separate the large particle to make sure the fineness of final manioc flour.
The large particle will be milled again by fine milling machine to minimum the loss of the production.
