The whole process is mature technology, advanced equipment, scientific and reasonable process.
Starch production steps are: peeling and cleaning - crushing - Filtration - concentration and refining - dehydration - drying - Screening - packaging and so on.
Washing and peeling: remove stone, sand, or soil from fresh cassava roots and peel them off.
The skin of cassava is poisonous.
Crush part: Starch from cassava.
With advanced technology, our machine can get 98% starch from cassava.
Filter part: remove sand, residue and milk from wet starch.
Concentrating and refining: refining, concentrating and whitening starch, and removing yellow from starch and milk.
Dehydrated part: removes water from starch milk.
After dehydration, the moisture content of wet starch will reach 40%.
Drying part: 40% of water is used to make wet starch, 13% of water dry starch.
Filter section: make sure all starches are homogeneous.
Packaging: dry starch packed in 5-5000g/ bag or 5-50 kg / bag.
