The selection of nozzle factors include flow, pressure, spray Angle, coverage, impact, temperature, material, application, etc., and these factors are often mutually implicated and mutually restricted.

Selection of nozzle material

3 - Strong corrosive bath fluids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid can be made of nylon plastic;

4 - The nozzle material used for phosphating bath is generally acid-resistant stainless steel;

Nozzle selection method
