Silicon carbide radiant inner tube, AKA flame pipe and radiant inner pipe, is widely used in tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, roller kiln and other gas and oil-fired industrial furnaces, as well as in zinc liquid, aluminum liquid, copper liquid and other high-temperature solutions, which can insulate heating elements from contact with the solution and conduct the temperature of heating body.

Oustek’s silicon carbide radiant inner tube adapts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces inner tubes with density up to 3.1kg/m³.

Adopts silicon carbide for high-quality refractories with purity up to 98.5%, so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉).

Continuous working time reaches up to 9000 hours.

Application Heat treatment in the protective atmosphere required.

A furnace with uniform temperature distribution and controllable temperature required.
