APET (Amorphous PET) Sheet is a thermoplastic sheet that are produced by the extrusion processing of Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET) copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester.

APET sheets have sparkling clarity, gloss, excellent mechanical properties, and thermoforming characteristics, making them the ideal material for packaging applications.

We now have 4 sets of extrusion machines for making the APET, rPET, and PETG sheets (both the pure G and GAG are available) with an annual output of about 15, 000 tons.

1 - Thickness : 150um ( 6mil ) to 1200um ( 47.2mil )

2 - Width : 400mm ( 15.7” ) to 1000mm ( 39.4” )

3 - Length : Standard roll diameter 21” and Max is 40”, inner core size is 3” or 6”

4 - Surface : anti-static, anti-fog, silicone coating or anti-block are all available

5 - Color : Transparent mainly / other colors are available for customization with MOQ

6 - Application : Thermal forming / printing for food packing / industrial packing stuff Advantage

1 - High transparency: The 87% transparency gives the product a quality appearance and is suitable for the products which need high transparency.

2 - Food contact: The PET material meets lots of food regulations, such as FDA.

It can be used in food packaging and other applications.

3 - Excellent thermoforming properties: The precision thermoforming property of the product requires no preheating, and its shrinkage rate is ~0.5%.

The product possesses great deep-forming properties, non-break, and even thickness.

4 - Environmental awareness: Recyclable and non-pollutant.
