1 - Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

  We are a bespoke manufacturer.

   Our company ha s nearly 200 employees  at present and the  size of the facility  is about 9800 square  meters.

3 - Monthly capacity p er product item.

   According to t he different items, ou r monthly capacity is  different.

 For example , the gift box's mont hly capacity can up t o 6~8 x 40' HQ per  month.

 What's your MOQ?  

   As a manufacturer we all can do no matter how many quantity you want, just the price will be different.

 Normally the price will be better when the quantity up to 1000pcs.

6 - Can I get some f ree samples?

 Stocks samp le or White sample (  Without printing and  other surface finishing ), free charge(not inc lude the freight charg e).

   b.

 Sample exac tly as your design $5 0-400.

7 - How long can I e xpect to get the samp le?

   Stock sample o r White sample takes  3-5 days.

   Sample exactly  as your design takes  about 5-15 days.

8 - Production Time

   It usually tak es about 2 weeks, exa ct time is according  to the quantity and f inishing of the artwor k.

9 - What kind of paym ent do you accept ?

   The total amou nt less than$5000 need  100% prepayment ; Th e total amout more th an $5000, need 30% pr epayment, 70% against  shipment.

   We do accept  T/T, Paypal, West Unio n.
