2 - High-temperature heating: Continue to heat SKS3 tool steel to a temperature range of 750-800 degrees Celsius and maintain it for a period of time to achieve uniform heating.

3 - Quenching: After heating at high temperature, the SKS3 tool steel is rapidly cooled to quickly form a martensite structure.

Commonly used quenching media include oil cooling, water cooling and salt cooling.

Selection of the appropriate quenching medium depends on the required hardness and properties.

4 - Tempering: SKS3 tool steel after quenching may be too hard and brittle, and needs to be tempered to improve toughness and reduce internal stress.

The material is heated to a medium temperature range, usually 150-250 degrees Celsius, kept warm for a period of time and then cooled.

The choice of tempering temperature and time depends on the desired hardness and properties.

5 - Surface treatment: According to specific needs, SKS3 tool steel can be surface treated, such as surface quenching, nitriding, plating, etc., to enhance the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the material.
