    NS 3102 material characteristics and application areas overview:

    This alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700℃.

    The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, fusion welding or brazing.

    It is suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃.

    Corrosion resistance

    NS 3102 material has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in reducing and oxidizing environments.

    This is mainly due to its high nickel and chromium content, as well as the dense oxide film formed on the surface of the alloy, which enables NS312 to maintain high strength and good plasticity at high temperatures, and its maximum use temperature can reach 1100℃.

    Processing and welding

    NS 3102 material is easy to cut, bend, form and other processing operations, and the surface finish of the processed material is high.

    In addition, NS312 has good welding performance and can be connected by various methods such as arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding and brazing.
