Heat treatment performance: The heat treatment performance of 1095 steel is very critical.

The quenching temperature is generally between 760-800℃, and then the appropriate tempering temperature (usually between 150-300℃) is selected according to the required hardness and toughness.

Through different heat treatment processes, 1095 steel products with different properties can be obtained to meet various application requirements.
