Flim Winding Machine Auto Tension Controller With Tension Loadcell Characters: ST-3600 is a simple but powerful tension controller.

The Guide of its panel operations is as follows: 1 - Button of output on/off switch : switch on the output for outputs between terminals PA-PAN, SA-GND or PB-GND, SB-GND ; switch off the output for "off" on LED display and controller provides no output at all.
