Production process of 42CrMo material steel

Material selection and smelting: First, select raw materials with stable chemical composition and high purity, such as iron, chromium, molybdenum, etc.

Heat treatment: Heat treatment is a key step in the production process of 42CrMo material steel.

For 42CrMo, heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering are often carried out to obtain the required properties such as hardness and toughness.
