    HS6-5-2 high-speed tool steel, also known as high-speed tool steel, sharp steel or white steel, is a tool steel with high hardness, high wear resistance and high heat resistance.

    1 - It has good process performance and good strength and toughness.

    HS6-5-2 high-speed tool steel is mainly used to manufacture complex thin-blade and impact-resistant metal cutting tools, and can also be used to manufacture high-temperature bearings and cold extrusion dies.

    2 - The chemical composition of this steel includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium.

    It has different corresponding grades in different countries and standards.

    For example, in the International Organization for Standardization, its corresponding digital grade is 1.33391 - ● HS6-5-2 high-speed tool steel mechanical properties:

    Hardness: Delivery hardness: (annealing) ≤262HB.

    Sample heat treatment system and quenching and tempering hardness: ≥64HRC ●HS6-5-2 high-speed tool steel heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

    Heat treatment specifications: quenching, 820-870℃ preheating, 1210-1230℃ (salt bath furnace) or 1210-1230℃ (box furnace) heating, oil cooling, 550-570℃ tempering 2 times, 1h each time.
