Hydroman® Electric Submersible Dredging Sand Agitator Pump for Sand Dredging are capable of handling municipal applications for sewage and slight sludges, especially those resulting from residential or refining processes.

Submersible Sludge Pump with industrial strength, sludge pumps are a perfect choice when pumping water with a high solids content, up to 80mm diameter such as many types of mud sludge and light slurry.

These submersible sewage sludge pumps are typically used for sewage dewatering, waste water as well as sand, mud/sludge and slurry dewatering, in addition submersible sludge pump can be supplied with integrated agitators these feature is quite useful when handling large concentrations of solids as it's specifically designed for keeping solids in suspension and as a result maintaining the pump's inlet unclogged consequently avoiding impeller blockage.

Submersible sludge dredging pump can be widely used in industry, mine, agriculture, environment protection, building construction, such as drainage slurry, mortar, wastewater, and sewage containing flocks, paper scraps, mud and sand and other solid particles and available in three phase in both 50 and 60 Hz.

Oil Chamber: Mechanical seals are oil lubricated to prevent liquid penetration into motor.

Impeller: Optimized design to handle various liquids with maximum efficiency.

Single blade, dual blades and three blades available.

Casing: Using CAD/CAM design to maximize efficiency and minimize wear.

Shaft: The shaft has been designed to be as short as possible, reducing deflection and vibration.

This extend the life of the mechanical seals, bearings and reduces operational noise.

Monitoring System: Three heat control switches are embedded in the stator.

These are activated should the stator temperature exceed 125 degrees C.

The water leakage probe is mounted inside of the oil chamber.

Should the oil water ratio reach a pre-determined ratio a warning signal will be activated, and the pump switched off.

(The oil in the chamber should be replaced at regular service intervals.
