We showed him the TDS of XK-PN60 with a thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK.

The reliability test would last for 1000hrs at 125℃。One and a half months later, customer was pleased to tell me that the change of critical charateristics were less than 5% and test report had been confirmed for high stability and reliability.
