Hydroxypropyl starch ether is a starch-based additive designed for dry mortars in the construction industry, imparting unique properties to cement and gypsum-based products.

Hydroxypropyl starch ether, which has a similar chemical structure to hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), not only provides similar functions to hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), but also has good compatibility with other building aids.
