Description

FG Cryogenic adhesive is made from mixing and heat treatment of asphalt, polymer and polymer and plasticizers.

it has high bonding strength and good anti freezing property.

suitable to be used as binder for foam glass and PU at low temperature.

Application

"Surfaces must be free of moisture, loose scale and rust, dust, oil and grease.

Asphaltic primers, coal tars, siliconers, alkyd or other solvent senitive or thermoplastic primers or coating should not be used.

some acceptable primers are zinc rich, polyester and epoxy, if in doubt, always check surface for adhesion before starting work with a test block, apply a small block and let cure for a minimum of 24 hours, block should break before adhesive peels from surface.

Blocks of insulation material should be checked for fit to the substrate surface before work started.

blocks must be reshaped or cut smaller if they do not fit, especially on overhead work.

Adhesive may be applied to either or both surfaces, Application to the rougher surface generally gives the best results.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, frost-free place.

Normal storage conditions in up to 25℃ should provide indefinite shelf life.

• Business Description: Zhejiang Dehe Insulation Technology Corp., Ltd was founded in 1976 with the former name Jiaxing Thermal Insulation Material Factory as the first insulation enterprise being engaged in developing, manufacturing, distributing and servicing of foam glass.
  
  Prior to others of this industry a professional insulation installation company was set up in 1993, which was qualified as grade A of national installation qualification.
  
  Besides it has trained a large number of production personnel, construction personnel and technical personnel and was honoured as Whampoa military academy in thermal insulation industry.
  
  In 2012, it took the implementation of joint-stock reform and officially changed its name to Zhejiang Dehe Insulation Technology Corp., Ltd in 2015 .
  
  In addition, it invested 390 million RMB to set up Tongxiang Dehe and Jiangsu Dehe as its owned subsidiary.
