Description

Cellular glass is a new inorganic thermal insulating material with a structure of equally closed cells.

The composition is glass, added with foaming agent.

It’s foamed by high temperature in foaming oven, and then cooled down in cooling oven.

It well reserves the chemical stability of inorganic glass.

As a result, it has the following features: low density, low thermal conductivity, vapor impermeability, no water absorption, non-combustibility, protection from mould and rat eating, high mechanical strength but easy to cut and able to bear all kinds of chemical erosions except the hydrofluoric acid.

Zhejiang Dehe Insulation Technology Corp., Ltd is being engaged in developing, manufacturing, distributing and servicing of foam glass.

Prior to others of this industry a professional insulation installation company was set up in 1993, which was qualified as grade A of national installation qualification.

  Besides it covers an area of 185 thousand square meters and production capacity of foam glass reached 400 thousand cubic meters among it the designed production capacity of ASTM foam glass is of 300, 000 cubic meters, cold pipe bracket(HDPIP) is of 50, 000 set , polyisocyanurate (PIR) and rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) is of 100, 000 cubic meters respectively, black (white) flame retardant mastic sealant is of 2, 000 tons, DH cryogenic adhesive and DH TN-1 adhesive is of 1000 tons respectively.
  
  As one of the largest enterprises manufacturing foam glass in Asia, it is also the national industry standard drafting unit of foam glass.
