Titanium alloy tube sheet

Tube sheet is one of the main components in a shell & tube heat exchanger, have holes drilled to accept a series of tubes inside of an enclosed tubular pressure vessel.

The tube sheet itself serves as a supporting element in heat exchangers and boilers.

Tube sheets have different sizes and a series of holes are done to create a place where the tube ends are welded.

Also called tube plate.

There are two types: floating tube sheet and stationary tube sheet.

Titanium tube sheet is Corrosion -resistant in seawater, Salt, Alkali, Acid and are produced from hot rolled or forged Titanium or Ti alloy plate.

3 - seawater projects, marine engineering.

Depending on the final application (petrochemical, nuclear, oil&gas, etc.

) the tube sheet can be cladded with Stainless Steel or other Super Alloys or even be entirely made out Stainless Steel or Superalloys.

Typical Hole Patterns

The most common types of holes experienced in tube sheet dilling are triangular, rotated triangular, square and rotated square.

Applications：

Tube plate is widely used in tubular heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, steam turbines, large central air conditioners, condensers, evaporators and other products.

The metal material makes it not only rigid, but also has great heat conduction performance.

The precision of tube plate processing, especially the tolerance of hole spacing and diameter, perpendicularity, and finish greatly affect the assembly and performance of the equipment listed above.
